Our Search Services:

• Contingency Search - This is the most popular form of recruitment where we source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates for an opening. You incur charges only when a candidate is successfully placed with you.

• Premium Search – Also a “no fees upfront” model, this search option works whereby you get a fee discount by giving us exclusivity on a role for an agreed period of time (usually 2 weeks). In this period, we guarantee that our resources will be fully focused on getting you the best candidate.

• Retainer Search - Designed for senior or strategic positions, particularly where confidentiality is key, an agreed fee is paid upfront. Such searches are most suited for roles where active headhunting in required to tap into the inactive candidate pool in the industry. You will be provided with a regular weekly progress report, so you can have peace of mind in our commitment level.
